Aqua blue kicks off summer with Tailapalooza!

Aqua blue is starting the summer with Tailapalooza, an annual lobster celebration. Beginning June 1 the Roswell restaurant will feature a special menu that highlights delicious lobster dishes along with its awarding winning à la carte and Blue Ribbon Sushi Menus.

Some of the menu highlights include a roast lobster bisque, Maine lobster roll and butter poached lobster salad. They are also featuring a 6 oz lobster tail served with house made lobster mac ‘n cheese, summer vegetable sauté, lemon garlic butter and lobster knuckle sauce. For meat lovers, they are serving a Maine surf & turf with a 6 oz lobster tail, grilled filet mignon and delicious sides.

Not only will the food be delicious, but the drinks will as well. The restaurant is offering special Tailapalooza drink selections that include Villa Sandi Prosecco, William Hill Chardonnay and Mango Tango Lemonade made with Absolut Mango, Watermelon Pucker, lemon, Sprite and cranberry.
